2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to accurately describe all products, services, and designs on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are completely error-free or up-to-date. Please contact us if you have any questions about the product specifications.
2.2 Custom Design & Printing
For custom design and printing services, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including artwork, specifications, and project details. Once your order is submitted, you will receive proof for approval before production begins. After your approval, no changes can be made.
2.3 Digital Designs
All digital designs provided by Ultra Promo are for personal or commercial use, depending on the agreement. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of our designs without consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenyan shilling (KES) and are subject to change without notice. Pricing may vary based on product type, design complexity, and quantity.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit cards, Mpesa, and cash. Payment must be completed before the production or shipment of any product or service. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the full amount due as indicated at checkout.
4. Orders
4.1 Order Process
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. Ultra Promo reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.
4.2 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of submission. After this time, cancellation is not guaranteed, especially for custom products that may have already entered production.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping
We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location and selected shipping method. Ultra Promo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
5.2 International Shipping
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Returns
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not offer returns on personalized or custom-printed items unless the product is defective or there is a printing error. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds for defective items or incorrect orders will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Ultra Promo or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ultra Promo will not be liable for any damages or losses, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to, production delays, miscommunication, or errors in design specifications provided by the customer.
